FengShui helps in selling your house.

Thursday, 5 August 2010

Throughout my Fengshui practice, many have asked me to provide Fengshui tips to assist them with the selling of their houses. Some real estate agents will ask for solutions on how to use fengshui to help move their property fast.

The most important FengShui tip is the owner must have a firm decision and must let go. In FengShui, intention must be clearly visualized for the energy of Qi of the Universe to follow and have manifestation occur. Whether it is buying or selling house or office, FengShui will assist all parties involved.

Same BaZi birth chart but different destiny.

Thursday, 29 July 2010

Have you ever wonder why many people that are having the same date and time of birth are having a different destiny? Many are having the same BaZi Four Pillars of Destiny but are living in totally different paths.

For example, two guys with the same BaZi chart, one know that he is going to make a lot money in a particular year but the other have no clue about his luck, the outcome will be totally different. Another example, two ladies having the same BaZi and they are suppose to give birth in a particular year, but under some circumstances, one of them choose abortion, this is her will or human luck.

The ordinary housewife and their BaZi Four Pillars of Destiny.

“I have been married for more than 40 years and am a mom of three boys and two girls. When I was young I worked for a shirt manufacturing factory, working long hours and was tiring. After married, I stayed at home, doing the entire ordinary housewife’s chores; cooking, cleaning, taking care of my children and husband. My husband works as teacher in one of the many primary schools. His paycheck is not huge but income is quite stable. My entire life, I do not face any major ups or downs. My entire life is quite stable. Even though my husband is not making a lot of money, we have enough to spend and we are not lacking of any main necessity. My family members are all living harmonious and we are very happy”

She is one of the examples of many ordinary wives.

Jinxes husband - Part 2 - the husband.

Wednesday, 7 July 2010

This is the second part of the article “Jinxes husband 剋夫命” You can read the first part by click the link here.

Very often if not all, the man will show even stronger symptoms of disaster on a particular year. Somehow very coincidentally it reflected in his wife’s BaZi Four Pillars of Destiny; some even reflected in their children BaZi Four Pillars. You can say this as coincidence, it up to you to decide.

It is just very unfortunate that all the blame go to the ladies especially in older Chinese community. When the opposite happened, very seldom the man is to blame and getting another wife is also not very difficult.

Jinxes husband - Part 1 - the wife.

In older days, when the husband dies young, his left behind wife was to blame to have jinxed her husband. This believe still persist until today. Is this of any truth? Have someone actually do a study of their BaZi Four Pillars of Destiny to determine the actual reason behind the death?

Her Bazi only have one “Spouse star” at her year stem. The rest are either “Friend” or “Food God”. All these stars are the enemy of her spouse star and with “Food god” sitting at her spouse palace. From her BaZi it already shows that her husband star in very weak. Anymore suppressing will break her husband star.

Chinese New Year is getting near as we are approaching Monday, January 23, 2012. Do you know when to clean your house in order to have a prosperous 2012? Check it out.

Tuesday, 2 March 2010

Chinese New Year Eve usually is on 30th lunar day of 12th lunar month. However, a lunar month might have only 29 days. In this case, the Chinese New Year Eve becomes on 29th day of 12th lunar month. For 2012, New Year Eve falls on 29th day of 12th lunar month that is 22 Jan 2012. The next day 23 Jan 2012 will be a new moon day, which is the Chinese New Year Day.

It is a custom in a Chinese household to thoroughly clean their home before the Chinese New Year’s Eve to get rid of the bad luck of the previous year. It’s similar to the “out with the old, in with the new”. In ancient China this is usually done on the 28th day of the 12 lunar month. However, this day might not be auspicious. Therefore other auspicious day is selected.

How to define good luck in fengshui and in BaZi Four Pillars of Destiny.

Thursday, 31 December 2009

In FengShui or BaZi Four Pillars of Destiny, sometime I felt it is a bit cruel but we have to find a definition for what “Good luck” means. Chinese are very materialistic and the definition of Bad or Good luck lies in one word.

            “MONEY” or "财 "

The last word from Gong Xi Fa Chai 恭喜发财.

Of course this defintion is only applicable to adults but the age boundary is getting younger and younger.

Sudden death in young people is rare, but it does happen. It is really a tragedy for their close families members. Afetr their younger was no longer around, many of the parents wanted an answer. They wanted to know if this tragic event was pre-written.

In almost all occasions, our BaZi Four Pillars of Destiny does shows symptoms of disaster. But not all disaster means death. We can still hope for the best. Even a BaZi does show that he will face a disastrous year. he or she can be very sick but recovered in the following year.

Bullies and their BaZi Four Pillars of Destiny

Wednesday, 16 December 2009

Bullies are made and are born. When we are born with too many "7 killings" Qi-sha 七杀 ( authority stars) and they are our negative stars and we do not have self control stars, we tends to become aggressive especially when provoked. Even if the authority stars are our positive stars, these can change from good to bad when we meet with certain Ta Yun and/or years. This is one of the reasons why our personality changes with time. These bullying behaviors appears when we have too many "7 killings" Qi-sha 七杀 ( authority stars); one these stars turn bad, cornered or injured our personality will become aggressive, unsettle and sometime resolve to physical force to settle any disputes.

Non graduate millionaires and their BaZi Four Pillars of Destiny.

Tuesday, 8 December 2009

Look around and you will find many non graduate millionaires. They are smart in doing what they know best. Prosperity does not only come to those with graduation certificates.

Many individuals leave school prior to graduation for a variety of reasons, not just the automatically assumed "failing grades" or being a "troublemaker." Other reasons include their health problem, a need to help the family to earn income, a tragic loss to the family, pregnancy, a need to care for siblings or an ailing parent, frequent relocation, war or natural catastrophe conditions in home country, unresolved problems with teachers or classmates, lose concentration on their studies, boredom due to education quality issues, or a desire to devote full time to an already established or emerging professional career.
