Pony Ma Huateng, 马化腾, is the Founder and CEO of Tencent Inc. Tencent has not only survived but also grandly prospered during the past ten years. By the third quarter of last year, active user numbers of QQ, Tencent's flagship instant messaging software, reached 350 million, 50 million more than the entire population in the United States. Pony Ma boasts a range of rankings and achievements, with Time Magazine naming him one of the world’s most influential people in 2007 and 2014. In March 2016, Forbes published that he is the 39th richest person in the world, with an estimated net worth of US$19.4 billion. Despite such astronomical wealth, in July this year he transferred 100 million shares of Tencent (worth approximately $2 billion) to his charitable foundation. In addition, he has received many honours such as “Young Global Leader”, “25 Most Powerful Business People In Asia”, and one of the “30 World’s Best CEOs”. At 20 years old, he won the First Prize and Gold Medal at the Leeds International Piano Competition in 2018. He played Beethoven Piano Concerto No. 4 in the finals with the Hallé Orchestra conducted by Edward Gardner. After winning, he was immediately signed by Askonas Holt and Warner Classics.

Lion Air flight JT610 took off around 6:20 a.m. local time and was set to travel north from Jakarta to Pangkal Pinang, a city on the Indonesian island of Bangka. It crashed into the sea just 13 minutes after takeoff. When you are in the process to decide the strength of the daymaster or any of the 10 stems 天干, you must not ignore the presence of their sub-qi. Each sub-qi can have major contributions to the strength of the 10 stems in the process of produce and generate 生剋 in our daily BaZi Four Pillars analyses. A 甲 Jia wood at stem has the same strength as a Jia 甲 wood at branch. Jia 甲 wood is still Jia 甲 wood does not differ in strength only how they interact with others. This applied to all others 10 stems. It is wrong to consider one 甲 Jia wood at branch is 3 times stronger than one 甲 Jia wood at stem.
