He was diagnosed with depression and anxiety since teenage.
He once told his mother that his depression was like committing suicide to jumping out of building. He constantly told by himself that he was a failure, everyone had their eyes on him, against him, that he can’t do anything right. He felt he was a burden to his family with his presence. He felt no happiness and he just want it to end. End it all by any means. To him living was painful and death seems better. This was like no running from his own mind.
He jumped off from a building not long ago.

George Floyd

George Perry Floyd Jr. was an African American man who died during a police arrest in Minneapolis on May 25, 2020. Protests in response to both Floyd's death, and more broadly to police violence against other black people, quickly spread across the United States and internationally.
On May 25, 2020, Floyd was arrested on a charge of passing a counterfeit $20 bill at a grocery store in the Powderhorn Park neighborhood of Minneapolis.
According to the store clerk, the bill was an obvious fake and Floyd had refused to return the purchased cigarettes when challenged.
He died after Derek Chauvin, a white police officer, pressed his knee to Floyd's neck for almost nine minutes during the arrest. Floyd was handcuffed face down in the street,while two other officers further restrained Floyd and a fourth prevented onlookers from intervening.

Stephen Chan Chi-wan studied linguistics and theatre at the University of Hong Kong and graduated in 1981 with first degree honor. Among 2000+ candidates, he was chosen joined the HK government as an Administrative Officer, 任政務主任, in the same batch as Edward Yau,，與邱騰華為同屆大學同學及同屆政務官. He was also working a part-time disc jockey position with the RTHK, when was known as "'Wai Ka Ching (Vulgar Chan)'".
