Base on my husband's Bazi, his wealth element is metal as he is a strong yang fire master,according to his decade luck pillar in the next ten years i see yin wood on top (stem) and yin metal bottom (branch). Does that mean is not so good because the wood and metal in the same pillar? I am very worry.

In your husband's case Wood indicates money lost and illness. Metal is wealth.

Just based on the decade yes it is not good. BUT, Bazi is very complicated and you just cannot based on the decade pillar alone to decide how bad or how good. For example does it combined and transformed into others element? Whether is it good, bad, how strong how weak, etc. you will need to see the entire chart plus the decade/years in order to find out.

Can you please clarify what do you mean by combined and transtormed into others element, and if the decade year indecate not good does that mean the whole ten years will be bad?

Combination and trasformation under given condition wil take place. It can take a good decade/year into bad and vice versa. Can't  explain more as it it complicated.

Already mentioned that a good decade still can have bad year(s) so a bad decade can also have good year(s).
