In your last post you had mentioned that SE1 facing house is not good.

I have seen another house of period 7, West 2 facing. The door is in the NE sector facing East 2.

1.Is this preferable  over SE1 present house.

SE1 Period 8 is not good.  But if you want to buy a house, it is still better to choose a period 8 house but not SE1.

Do not forget the external and internal  environment are equally important.

Constraint on my budget, if I choose on house of period 7, West 2 facing and tilt the door to face NE1 ( to suit my Kua 2), Is it O.K..

Tilting the door does not guarantee it will works and it will face NE1 as you intend to.

Picture A. Your original door facing.

Picture B. You tilted your door. But the "Qi" is still coming from the same direction.

Picture C. The "Qi" will not follow your door facing and this "Qi" is still following the B.  The conclusion is no changes at all Back to square one.

Only you feel that your door is now facing the drection you want but in actual fact it is not.  This only work if come under the correct extrenal enviornment.
