I would like to buy a running business (delivery and takeaway), but the place still renting (currently period 7).

My question :

1. After I buy the business, Is that shop becoming period 7 or period 8 ?

2. The facing direction would be the shop front or the delivery entrance(most of the sales would be delivery) ?

1. Once bought over and logo changed it will changed to period 8.

2  Delivery entrance is your facing direction.

In your case you cannot assume that is a Period 7 or 8 totally. Thus, if one were to do such an analysis,
best to draw two flying star charts. In many instances, as time go by,  a competent practitioner
(or with commonsense anyone)can compare both charts to see which is more "accurate".
