Please kindly tell me how to correctly use the useful god for this chart :

YEAR : Xin-Hai

MONTH : Geng-Yin

DM : Geng-Chen

HOUR :  Jia-Shen

1) Is it DING first, follow by BING, then GENG/XiN, JIA, WU and GUI ? 

• Ding forge Geng to become useful (axe), with Bing to warm the chart in spring.
• When Geng has became useful, then use/partnership (another Geng/ friend star) to collect the Wealth (Jia). No use to use Friend (Geng/Xin) first because they haven't been forged.
• After that use Jia Wood (our wealth) to to lessen Wu Earth, so the latest can produce Metal.

2) Is it true that WU EARTH can't produce METAL ?

3) There is SHEN-CHEN half combo. Can it cure the Kong Wang (Dead Emptiness) in hour pillar ?

Always use 10 Deities to read Bazi Chart and not just 5 elements. This is 'cos 10 Deities have direct and indirect and represent different things.

First and the most important is to determine your day master strength. This will decide which of the 10 deities is good for you.
 
Second, you have to determine all the combination and transformation or the 10 deities. Use the new 10 deities once transformed.
for eg. your month and year branch combine to become "Indirect Wealth" and because the Stem induces it trannsformed to become "Indirect Wealth".

Earth always produce metal. When you use "Shen-Sha", it will only be bad if it induces by yearly luck. Therefore do not worry much about the emptiness.

I'm a weak Geng DM, but in terms of strength, I guess it's not that weak since I am supported by Friends & Earth. But still, it is consider weak DM, therefore seeing Wealth yearly luck is loosing money ?

Yes, for "weak" daymaster, seeing "Wealth" and "Indirect Wealth" at decade and yearly means losing money.
