Dear Master Peter, I have a few questions in regard to the above topic. 1. A house is one story detached family house. The house has a garage facing south and main street where energy or family will come in to the house. The front entrance is actually on the west, on the side of the house facing to the other house's side entrance (it is also that house's entrance). The type of houses there are all having garage facing main street but the entrance is on the side. So is this house facing direction South (where the garage door is) instead of west? 2. A house is built in 1967. The current owner who tries to sell the house hasn't done any major renovation for this property except change all the stoves in 2008 and try to sell it now. When they changed the stoves in 2008, the house is changed to period 8 instantly then. If I buy the house from them now, should I change to stoves again to make to my new period 8 house or should it be still period 8 even though I don't change their just-installed stoves again after buying it? 3. A house is built in period 6 or even far back to period 5. The owner didn't not do roof change, front door change, or change stoves. If I buy now, is the house instantly changed to period 8 because the ownership is transferred from the current owner to me? Thanks and best regards, Train hoho2 |
