Dear Master Peter, My house is period 7 facing SE. The lot of my property is square. The fence on the Left side of my yard (along from small part of East, all Northeast, to small part North) fell down because of the storm. It is the side yard. The fence is wood in soil. We are planning to dig out the bad wooden posts and put in the new posts and fix this weekend. I know the grand duke jupiter in 2009 locates at NE 22.5 to 37.5 degrees. It should not be disturbed but the yard is outside not inside the house. Can Istill fix the fence? I really need to fix them up, what else should I do without disturbing grand duke jupiter?
