Dear Master, In regard to changing a person's name to change luck, does it matter the time in submitting the document for name change? I would suspect the time in submitting the document merely influence the chance of getting it approved, but does it also matter to changing one's luck since the submission does not guarantee approval. And government approval is unknown.

Changing a person's name only work if the owner thinks it works. It is more psychologically. Tan Sri Datuk Seri (Dr.) Lim Goh Tong 林梧桐 BaZi not in favor of wood but his name had four 木. Cheers.
