According to your bazi reading, 2018-2019 are good years for my husband to have a chance of a promotion at work. However as the company is having a big change in management (the company is going to merge with a German company soon), it seems like the company is not stable. Moreover, my husband's direct supervisor seems dislike my husband for some reasons and that supervisor is likely trying to block the promotion. I am so worried that his position is also going to be affected. My husband is also under a serious stress at work but he is not an open person, he doesn't like to share until things get worse. Are there any possibilities that his position in the company is going to be affected? Thank you. |

There are chances of good changes which include promotion between 08/09/2019 -- 06/01/2020 especially between 08/10/2019 -- 07/12/2019 but at the same time there are petty people who try hard to sabotage his promotion as described in his report. These bad people include your husband’s direct supervisor. You must advise your husband to listen more, talk less and do not involve in any “office politic”. Try to advise your husband to smoothing things out between him and others (include his supervisor) and try to do it between 08/10/2019 -- 07/12/2019. If he is not careful, the chances of his position being affected are there. Cheers
