Dear Master Peter, For 1/3 missing E side and SE side of my house , I placed 4 bamboo in water in both E and SE . Based on your 2019 feng shui arrangement , i can put 8 white pebbles and a glass of water. As I already have 4 bamboo in *water , does this (*water) consider as a glass of water? Or do I still need to place a cup of water in E? Similarly for my SE , i already have 4 bamboos in water, do I still need to place a cup of water too? Thank you.

4 bamboo in *water , yes it can replace a glass of water. Cheers
