I am a realtor & would like to increase my sales volume. Please kindly advise on way I could enhance my career.

My office is home based. It's located on the top floor on the east side of the house. I am east person. Personal Kua 6. My office space is limited. While sitting down behind my desk, the entrance door to my office is on the far LH corner. Beside the door is my steel filing cabinet with a printer on top. I have a solid wall on my LHS & behind me. Behind me is a black cabinet. However, on my RHS while I am sitting down on my desk there is no solid wall. All I have is a juliet style railing that looks down to my second floor & front door of the house. Would this open wall on my RHS has any impact on my career. If so, how should I rectify it?

On top of my desk (whilst sitting down), I have fax/scanner on my LH corner of the desk, monitor(computer) in the centre & RHS is my console & phone.

For your information, when I am sitting down on my computer I am facing West direction.

Please advise what adjustment do I need to take to rectify any problems in my office layout in order for me to success in my sales career.

I am new to Feng shui material. Don't really understand about your flying star. However, I can mentioned that I bought my home in November 1996. Changed roof in June 2004. My husband is currently still doing  a renovation in  my dining area. Our house faces NW 338 degree. My date of birth Sept 1, 1964.
