No it is not necessary. Good or bad spouse star is only one of the many criteria. Very often we see loving couples with bad spouse stars. Beside spouse stars, we need to look at the number of spouse stars that you have, their strength, being suppressed or enhanced, combine or not, reveal or hidden and so on.
