Dear Master, How can a person solve the problems that are the result of having self-punishment in a D-I-Y approach? Meditation is one. What else can a victim do to solve self-punishment problems? |

Meditation is one way. Some beleive self-punishment due to some bad karma from the past. Whenever possible do some extra good deeds, provide assistance of those in need and so on. Cheers. |
