Hello Peter, I am going to move to a new cube. I would like to ask if a cube period is determined by the time of the building built. For example, if the building was built in 2005, the cubes and offices inside this building will be period 8 per 2005 when the building is built. Or, the cube period should be always used by the current period. It is important to me. Please answer. Thanks. Bob

If you rent the cube than it is period 7. It you bought the unit, doing the renovation, move in after 2004and have a new company logo than from what you described here it should be period 8. Cheers. * Amended on 21/3/2012 at 21:54pm |

Hi Peter, Thanks very much for your advice. After reading your answer, I think it should be period 7. However, just really to make very sure. I will describe in detail again as my company rent 3 floors from the owner of the building but didn't buy the building at all. The building was constructed in 2000 and the owner of the building didn't renovate till 2006. My company rent 9th, 10th, and 12th floor from the owner of the building in 2010 and put the logo of my company on 9th floor. The rest of floors are rent out to other companies. So technically speaking, my company doesn't own the floors or cubes but rent from the building owner. my cube is not own by my company or me. Therefore, I think my cube should be period 7. Am I right? Please reaffirm. Thank you. Bob
