I wanted to share some thoughts with you. Unfortunately, I didn’t get promoted for my work done in 2024 as per your reading mention. Despite my hard work and efforts, my contributions were overlooked, and much of my credit was given to the team. It’s been disheartening because my boss seemed blind to the situation and sided with others.
