Heart attack in BaZi is usually seen through Fire element, the Heart organ

If we look for his chart
丁丑 day master surrounded by the enemy element.
So this is supposedly follower chart.
Which favors earth, metal and water.
But he passed away on 5 September 2023, 9 pm.
庚申 month supposedly good.
TaYun 癸巳, supposedly good too.
With combination, water, metal, all good (supposedly).
What happened with his favorable element?
Combination 丑巳酉，子申 metal water are good for him?
He passed away because of heart attack.
Which element actually his favorable one?
He is one of my best friend anyway.
Now let’s look into his BaZi.
Ding 丁 fire born in the month of Zi 子 Rat, this a follower chart or more precise a “follow the Son” structure 从儿格. This BaZi favors Ouput earth, Direct and Indirect Wealth metal and Direct Officer, 7-Killings water.
In BaZi we always look at produce and suppress 生克为用. This chart is most afraid of Gui 癸 water. 2022 GuiSi 癸巳 TaYun, earth, metal and water looked like strong which supposed a good TaYun but there was hidden calamity that will break this BaZi chart. 2023 GuiMao 癸卯 year with another Gui 癸 water.
In 2023, the whole BaZi collapsed. Ding 丁 fire is about heart attack. The hour pillar clash 時柱剋沖 was another contributing factor but not the main.
Heart was his lifelong issues and the problem gradually became obvious starting Mar 2022. If only he had known about his health condition, the chances of survival was there.
Remember produce and suppress 生克为用 and take look at his 2023.
