No one likes a bully. Some of the ways they bully other people are by: calling them names, saying or writing nasty things about them, leaving them out of activities, not talking to them, threatening them, making them feel uncomfortable or scared, taking or damaging their things, hitting or kicking them, or making them do things they don't want to do.
Have any of these things happened to you? Have you done any of these things to someone else? Really, bullying is wrong behavior which makes the person being bullied feel afraid or uncomfortable.
Bullying is a distinctive pattern of deliberately harming and humiliating others. But some go to the extent by using physical force.
How about bosses? Some unlucky ones work under some abusive bosses. They verbally abuse you; humiliate you in front of others. Maybe it's because power hovers in the air, but offices tend to bring out the bully in people. Some even get slaps from their bosses. In large organizations, there are two kinds of bullies; "Successful ones and unsuccessful ones. The latter don't last long in organizations. The successful bullies create problems, but they are competent"
A road bully or road rage is an aggressive or angry behavior. Such behavior might include rude gestures, verbal insults, deliberately driving in an unsafe or threatening manner, or making threats. Road rage can lead to altercations, assaults, and collisions which result in injuries and even deaths. Roads tend to bring out the bully in people.
Bullies are made and are born. When we are born with too many "7 killings" Qi-sha 七杀 ( authority stars) and they are our negative stars and we do not have self control stars, we tends to become aggressive especially when provoked. Even if the authority stars are our positive stars, these can change from good to bad when we meet with certain Ta Yun and/or years. This is one of the reasons why our personality changes with time. These bullying behaviors appears when we have too many "7 killings" Qi-sha 七杀 ( authority stars); one these stars turn bad, cornered or injured our personality will become aggressive, unsettle and sometime resolve to physical force to settle any disputes.
Here is an example. He was born in 1963. He is a weak day master. He has three "7 killings" Qi-sha 七杀”and this "7 killings" Qi-sha 七杀” are initially his positive stars.

1. His has his self control star at his BaZi chart. But it was seriously injured in the first four Ta Yun. This result in his "7 killings" turn bad and become aggressive. He was a big time bully at school and when getting older he was always looking for fights; really a 100 percent trouble maker. He was always looking down on a person that use reasons to solve a problem. He said it was just wasting of time. He always used violence to settle any disputes.
2. However, his behavior changes since 2007 the starting point of his fifth Ta Yun. He was much more reasonable now. This is due to the fact that his self-control star is no longer hurt.
