BaZi Case Study

One of my student brought up his cousin’s BaZi.

He was born on the 30 Oct 1980 in the 巳 Si snake hour.

He is a Bing 丙 Fire daymaster with 丙 Fire reveal and rooted at 巳 Si and 戌 Xu. By this he is clearly a weak day master favor wood and fire. There is no wood in his chart and his TaYun 大运 are not good without wood and fire. But he is very rich and successful.

How can he be so rich and successful when he is a weak day master without proper support from his TaYun? Can BaZi be wrong? Can his daymaster turns strong or follow “从cong”?
