I've lost count of how many times I have being asked over and over again on this topic.
Instead of looking just at your wealth stars, look for the support for your wealth stars.
For strong self, 旺 or Cong 从 look for 伤食 which produces 财才 (your wealth, the element that I control).
For weak self, 弱 or Zhuan 专 look for 印卩 that produce 劫比 (your wealth, the same element as I).

You can only be rich when your wealth stars have the support.
Take an example here.
He has all his wealth stars, waters all over his BaZi. He is a 专 Zhuan self in which 劫比 water is his wealth. Now look at metal 印卩that produce water 劫比 his wealth. A very weak 辛卩 at his hour branch, support is very weak. Can you say that he is rich? He is a still restaurant helper in his fifties with low pay.
