Feng Shui : Temple.

Feng Shui : Temple. “I have put up my house for sale and I am having difficulties selling it. I have brought a number of prospective buyers to view my house guided them through and initially they are quite satisfied, but back down once they saw the temple sitting opposite. They all felt that facing a temple would being create bad feng shui for the occupants of the house. Is it true that it is always bad fengshui living near a temple?”

Many who practice or aware of fengshui would prefer not to live too close to a place of worship or having their house facing these places. People go to these places of worship are normally out of obligation; they ask to be bestowed with what they seek or to solve their problems or ordeals. These will somehow create a vibration of Qi that emanates from these kinds of places and often these types of Qi are strong and unpredictable. So it is best to avoid living close to such places.

Many believe temple creates a unique spiritual influence and force and are guarded against hostile influences. This in turn might have adverse effect on the houses nearby. They believe temples also absorb good energy from its surrounding and houses which will eventually lose their vitality and good fengshui. And they believe if the temple prospers, its wealth is coming from its neighbours. Therefore, many believe it is best to avoid living too near a temple.
