Now who is he? He is no other than Kenny Bee. With his honest charm, singer-actor Kenny Bee is one of Hong Kong's favorite celebrities. He seemed to live a charmed life in the 1970s and 80s, flying high as part of the Wynners rock band and starring in a series of hit romantic comedies such as "Let's Make Laugh" and "Shanghai Blues." Then came his disastrous marriage to socialite Teresa Cheung in 1988, a series of bad and disastrous investments, a messy divorce and bankruptcy with debts of about $250 million.
With this whooping huge amount of debt, will he be able to pay all his debt?

Bankruptcy has many forms. Eighty to ninety percents are real and genuine but some were fake or for “shows” only. There were many cases, a guy was declared bankrupt but suddenly his wife was very rich.
