Potraits There are many theories concerning the place for wedding potraits, family potraits and etc. Some said it is not a good idea to place wedding potraits inside the bedroom, facing the bed, at the and of the bed, on top and so on. Some masters recommended wedding potraits to be placed at the common areas, children potraits are best for the bedrooms as this not only will enhances the correct type of qi in the bedroom, and also enhances the couple's descendents' luck. However, I found no ground to support these arguments in term of feng shui. Potraits is not like plants, they can't produce any qi. Feng shui is all about cosmic qi. Therefore, you can put your favourite potraits any way you prefer and this is basically very individual. As for ancestor potraits, out of repsect never place in front of the kitchen door, toilet doors, and bedroom doors and put it at a brighter place. |
