丙 Fire sit on 寅，fire rooted in hour (巳）. With metal everywhere. 庚 rooted in 申 and 酉。 With this configuration, i can conclude his day master is weak. With fire and wood are his lucky elements.

With his 癸 as his direct officer in hour and year revealed. Well protected with strong metal. His job should be good.

Now let’s look into his BaZi.

Metal is his unfavorable, his job will not be good

BUT the facts

1. His job is far away from secure. Many times almost got fired. His positions are never good. But many people helped him. So far, he can work with a very low income.

Metal is his unfavorable, his job will not be good

2. He had many debts. But people helped him too. If he is weak day master. Then his TaYun 丁巳， should be his rich TaYun. But it is not a rich TaYun. He barely to make a living.

So what can we conclude from the strength of day master?

Fire his wealth is hurt and being cornered, he will be poor.

If strong, he should be rich and have a powerful position. But he is not. If weak, with current TaYun, he should be rich, but he is not.

So what is his favorable elements? Wood and fire. At the same time his pillars is also very unstable.

A good question for my students, think about it. In this BaZi Four Pillars as strong metal suppresses wood, wood is dead, can this be a follower BaZi Four Pillars of Destiny. If can’t why not? Why some BaZi can but not the others?
