James Wong Jim 黃霑, the late lyricist, songrwriter and entertainer Wong Jim, the man behind some of the Chinese language's best-loved songs. James Wong Jim was dubbed the "King of Laughter".
In a career that spanned almost 30 years, James Wong Jim established himself as the Chinese equivalent of Tim Rice, writing the lyrics to themes for major movies and TV shows and scoring evergreen chart hits such as "Below the Lion Rock" and "Shanghai Tang". The charismatic James Wong was also well known as a raconteur and was dubbed the "dirtiest mouth in Hong Kong" for his often bawdy jokes and outspoken interviews. Nonetheless he commanded huge respect within Hong Kong showbusiness and was able to turn his talents to advertising, acting and directing. He also wrote columns for major magazines and newspapers in Hong Kong. Now, let’s take look at his BaZi four pillar of destiny. 
This BaZi's daymaster is Gui 癸 water sits on Hai 亥 water. Together with Xin 辛 metal, can this still follow as "Follow the Son" 从儿 Cong Er structure? His legendary talent came from his Output stars, wood 伤食 which means this BaZi has to follow. If he was a weak Gui 癸 water daymaster, he would have been a very ordinary man. If you are my student, you should be able to see the answers and know how to see this as 从儿. He died on 24 November 2004 of lung cancer after a four-year battle at the age of 63. Look at 2000 GengChen 庚辰 year when metal was strong. Strong metal clashed with strong wood - lung cancer. Metal was about his lungs. Thus, we can conclude that this is a "Follow the Son" 从儿 Cong Er structure. |
