Stephen Chan Chi-wan, born 1958, is the Chief Advisor of Commercial Radio Hong Kong, and was the chief executive officer of Commercial Radio Hong Kong, and the general manager of Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB).
In Part 1 His BaZi it was determined that he is strong daymaster. Catching his Useful Ten Gods 用神 is very important and crucial in our BaZi reading. There are FOUR rules. 1. Position 位置, 2. Strength 强弱, 3. Produce/suppress 生剋 , and 4. 星情 (XingQing) . What is this 星情? When you are able to catch and interpret according to the above FOUR rules, you are able to see his character, Strengths and Weaknesses. How to catch Useful Ten Gods? 印卩 （Resources, Zheng-Yin, Pian-Yin）, 劫比 (Friends, Jie, Bi), 伤食 (Output, Shang, Shi), 财才 (Wealth, Cai) and 官杀 (Direct Officer, Seven Killing, Guan, Sha), 捉用神食财官?
