Dear Master Peter,
If upstair neighbour renovating their house at the afflicted area, will it affect us if we live directly below them? If so, can we place a 5 elements arrangement at the afflicted area? Eg. putting the 5 elements arrangement at the SE side of the house since SE side is afflicted area in 2025? Thanks.

Good Question. Yes — in Feng Shui, renovations in an afflicted area (especially during a bad year, month, or sector clash) can cause disturbance not only for the unit being renovated but also for the spaces directly connected, including upstairs and downstairs.
