I read your article about Feng Shui door tilting. How can I check if it really works, and is there a chance it might backfire if done incorrectly?

How to Check If Door Tilting Works in Feng Shui

Door tilting is meant to adjust the flow of qi so the main door aligns better with favorable directions in the Flying Star chart or the owner’s BaZi.

To know if it’s really working:

• Observe Energy Flow at the Entrance

After tilting, see if the entrance feels brighter, more welcoming, or if the space feels smoother (less blocked). Good qi should not feel stagnant.

• Check Residents’ Wellbeing

Positive changes may be noticed in health, sleep, mood, or reduced arguments at home. Feng Shui effects usually show in subtle lifestyle improvements.

• Monitor Opportunities & Finances

If the tilt is aligned correctly, you may notice more opportunities, career progress, or smoother financial flow within a few months.

• Track Any Negative Symptoms

If the tilt was done incorrectly, you might experience discomfort: more quarrels, unexpected expenses, or a restless feeling when entering the home. That’s a sign of possible backfire.

• Confirm with a Compass Reading
