Selecting a good date to install a new stove

Hi Master Peter,

Our city natural gas pipeline running into my house is live or activated already. However, my new stove does not hook up the natural gas pipeline that the city runs into my house or it provides yet. Is it called as a new stove's installation on the date I finally hook up our stove's gas connector with the city's natural gas transportation pipe line? Am I correct?

When I select good dates to install the new stove, what criteria for a good date should be? What things I listed as the following need to take into account:

1. Should I look at dates in "Excellent, Auspicious"?

2. Should I look at dates in "Open Day, Success Day, ......." ?

3. Should I need to look at dates suit for groundbreaking or remodeling?

4. Should I also need to see whether my zodiac sign is clashed with the zodiac animal sign that day?

5. Should I make sure my zodiac sign is not clashed with hourly zodiac sign, too?

Should I follow all above 5 or just some?

Thanks for your answers.

When I start using stove to cook for a few meals after hook up gas's connector, do I have to live there after cooking a few meals? Can I go back to the house till the proper date to move into a new house after done installing the stove and cooking a few meals? I have to choose 2 separate good dates to hook up gas and move into a new house because two important things run into together at one day will make the activation of new stove and moveing into a new house much difficult.

Also, Can I cook just about 2-3 meals to activate the new period?

Hi Master Peter,

Due to the complex installed processes, I would like to ask how you think regarding to activate the stove on the busy day we move into a new house. Here is the detail illustration.

Before we can turn on the stove and cook, one end of the gas pipeline needs to be connected to the wall, and the other end of pipeline has to be connected to the gas range, then we need to plug the gas range in the outlet and turn on the natural gas switch.

Is it fine/okay to choose an Auspicious/Excellent day to connect the gas pipeline on both wall and gas range’s end firstly before the official moving day? And on the day we schedule to move into a new house officially, we plug the gas range in the outlet and position the range against wall and turn on the gas switch to cook.

The main point is when your turn on the gas and cook and this need a good day. The rest you can do it anytime if you want you also can choose good days..

It is good to know it is fine to choose a good day to hook all the pipes on the both of the range and wall in advance. And, I will need to choose a good day to move into the house officially, and turn on the gas to cook at that same day. This move-in processes are much easier and doable. Your advice is very humanization and helpful.
