Flying star application

Dear Master Peter,

Flying star is only applied inside the house. Does it also work the same for yearly and monthly stars? 2001 yearly star #7 is in the southeast. I try to avoid putting any metal in this sector. However, I place a windchime (for poison arrow)at the porch of my front door in this sector. Should I take it off or is it ok to leave there? I plant a tree for poison in front pouch but it is very small and have not grown very well. That is why I use windchime too.

Dear,

FS is only applicable inside the house i.e alll covered area. Therefore, car porch and balconies are excluded.
