one question on bazi reading

Hi Master Peter!

I'm searching on the internet how to read a bazi, coz where I'm leaving right now, I cannot find to buy any books regarding Bazi or even Feng Shui.  I cannot interpret my spouse palace. I just want to know if I'm going to get married? Does my bazi show anything?

My Details are:

Date: 18.01.1981

Time: between 01:00-03:00 AM

Place: Resita, Romania

Local time: GMT + 2 hours

I appologize for the omission. I'm a female. And I have one more observation regarding my time of birth: it is the local time, not converted.
