My friend has this chart

hour    day      month      year

Gui     Bing      Bing        Xin

Si        Chen      Shen      Wei

since the Bing + Xin combine to form water. all of the stem are exhausting the day master.

also all the branches are exhausting the day master, except for "Si" hour.

does this make her a extreme weak DM?

I found a quite similar chart in your article. the bazi chart of Pope John Paul II

hour     day     month     year

Ren     Bing     Xin         Geng

Chen    Zi        Si           Shen

all of the stem are exhausting the day master.

all the branches, except for "Si" month are also exhausting the day master.

In your article, pope john paul II have a extreme weak chart.

This is not straight forward you will need to go through a few procedures which is hard to explain here.

丙 Bing fire sits on Chen which is water storage.

does Si and Shen combine to form water because of the Gui in the HS?

does this mean 丙 Bing fire has no more qi? and can be considered a follower or fake follower chart?

All of the above comes with condition sometimes under certain circumstances it can change.

Cheers.
