Put some plant in between the kitchen and bathroom.
About the loft bed, in my opinion, there is not much one can do here. Is it possible to have (instead) a spare bed below her bed. If so, this would be a better choice.
Using the five elements concept: To destroy metal (assuming the bed is metal) is to use `fire element' to destroy it.
You could perhaps, try to place a red paper around the size of 10cmx8cm to neutralise the metal element. Assuming the bed is made of metal.
If the loft bed is made of wood; then use metal element to destroy wood. You can paste 6 pieces of brass coin underneath the loft where your head is facing.
And for the burglary, it might be the burglary star #7 at your daughter door or window.
