I have Skylight in my kitchen. Friends said that it supports energy and warmth. Is this really the case?
I am asking this because since I have this skylight in my kitchen, I always get tired easily and stressed. I used to be a pretty good runner, but lately I haven't gone running. How can I get myself motivated to start running again?
I don’t know what to do about it. Hope Master can enlightened me.
Thanks.

A skylight can be good or bad in Feng Shui, depending on placement, purpose of the sector kitchen, room etc. and how the skylight is maintained.
It brings in Yang energy, which is life-enhancing, uplifting, and vibrant, helps circulate Qi, especially in dark or windowless areas like corridors and creates a sense of openness and connection to the sky, which uplifts mood and clarity.
But it also energy drain skylights is too strong for kitchen, Qi can escape upward, especially if the skylight is large and directly above your stove – bring unstable family energy or wealth loss. It can be worst when dirty, cracked, or leaking, it affects the flow of Qi and can bring financial or emotional troubles.
Since it already built, use frosted glass to soften the energy and more your stove away at least not directly under the skylight.
Warmest Regards,
