Career Advice for Strong Ji Earth person

Hello. I would your insight with regards to my career path. I want to know what can I still do to reach my career potential.


I am a strong Ji Earth Person - Ji Wei in day pillar and month pillar as well. 

Currently I am a Training Specialist/Coordinator for a government audit institution  in the Philippines. Basically we are the behind the scenes of trainings:  we recruit Resource Speakers, invite participants from other agencies, coordinate with catering, etc. As a beginner - I am not sure if this type of job falls in the earth or wood element since we help other employees be trained and knowledgeable on the field of accounting/ laws and rules on accounting and audit. 

My dilemma is that I do like my job but lately I have been thinking that there is still something I can do to reach my potential, especially when I began to understand the art of metaphysics.  Hope you can give insight as to how I can maximize my potential
