Thanks for your previous ten years report reading. As per your report analysis, I managed to receive some achievements after past 4 years of hard work.

However, after promotion this year demands are starting to get higher which I understand but I notice people around me are not happy with my achievements and been demanding more and more from me until I have no time for lunch, rest and other personal time and I often have to work till 8pm including weekends. Even when I fall sick there is no one to cover me. 

 

I am starting to resort to make mistakes at work intentionally to let them know I am a human. In the past I make conscientious effort to check.

The thought of next year and 2022 really dreads me. I am having strong temptation of resignation now.

Would there be a possibility of me resigning and if yes will I be able to find a job?

It is better to secure a job before your resign. If you choose to have a break, there are still opportunities especially between  more attention between 07/08/2022 -- 08/09/2022 戊 申, 08/09/2022 -- 08/10/2022 己 酉,08/10/2022 -- 07/11/2022 庚 戌 and 07/11/2022 -- 07/12/2022 辛 亥 months.

Would you be able to see if I may have a change of job this and next year?

Currently there is one section with a role vacancy, as the rank is lower they are asking if HR could raise the rank to be same as me.

The assistant director has approached me to sound out a few times even though he knew my current rank may be over qualified.

Would like to ask if this position I could get it? The post has been vacant for quite some time. 

Unlike my peers who want to be promoted after her recent one in 2020, I just want to know if I can have a stable job..

The current job expectations and demands are getting out of hand and I feel that I lack of support. I didn't take up the offer of taking a degree sponsorship given the contributions for this job would sacrifice my health and mental well being. Yet I am stuck not knowing where to go and my past efforts are about to be given up due to these pressure.
