I have purchased a ten year reading earlier from you this year.

Would like to know if you can decipher for me the following, since mid September I no longer have motivation to contribute to my work which I have worked on for past 8 years.

Lately there was an internal ranking and the promotion outcome would only be known next year March. However, I feel very burnt out and tired from the increasing demands and expectations. I am having the thoughts to resign.

Would like to seek your advice and encouragement if this job still has a future for me.

The are chances of good opportunity. Stay put and wait until 2021 when it become more obvious. But be careful with the people around you, stay away from gossip, office politic, take note but don't comment.

Take up some form of exercise or meditation to reduce your stress.

Thanks for the tips.The urge of leaving has been getting stronger especially these two months. Could this be seen in my bazi during these few months? I am getting more and more afraid and tired of interacting with work colleagues. Their expectations are getting more and more demanding. I feel like laying low.

It comes from day pillar clash 克冲日主especailly in these few months. It can be stressful and the urge for changes are strong. If you chose to leave you will still have  opportunity in 2021 but you are still advised to stay put and wait until 2021.
